This recreational area is a national 4A-rated tourist attraction located at the intersection of Jiefang Lu and Dabieshan Lu in the city proper of Lu'an. It is composed of Lu'an Ocean World, Dongdong Smart Town, the Icy Dream Kingdom and a cultural creativity street block.
